How much does the service cost?
Our packages start at $899.00. Keep an eye out for early bird specials!
Do you require a deposit when scheduling ?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling and the remaining balance is due at the time of installation.
Does Stillwater provide all material needed for installation?
Stillwater provides all materials needed for the installation. All we need from you is an exterior power source.
Who owns the lights?
Stillwater owns all lighting and materials for your project. This means if any strands, bulbs or power cords go bad it's is not at your expense to replace them.
Who stores the lights?
Stillwater takes care of packing, organizing and storing of the lights. We make sure they are perfect for next years install!
Can you provide a mockup image of what our lights will look like?
We'd love to create a mockup for your project! Please understand the mockups are not 100% accurate but give us a great idea of the design concept.
What happens if a bulb or strand goes out?
This falls under our free service maintenance policy. If anything happens prior to the new year let us know immediately so a technician can complete the proper repairs in a timely manner.
When do installations start and when are the lights removed?
Installations will start as early as October and we plan to have all lights removed by the end of January.
